Ason Energy is an LNG‑focused strategic advisory and dispute resolution practice, founded by Agnieszka Ason.

Combining legal expertise with a specialism in LNG SPAs and a deep understanding of energy markets, Agnieszka advises clients worldwide on LNG contracting strategy and negotiation positioning. She has particular expertise in developing price review, contract renegotiation and dispute risk management strategies. She also acts as an independent arbitrator and mediator and provides expert testimony on LNG contracting and industry practice in complex LNG matters. Alongside her practice, Agnieszka is a Senior Research Fellow at the Oxford Institute for Energy Studies.
